The Republican-majority Congress may not wait for the new administration before setting off to undo many signature achievements from President Obama's eight-year term. Top priorities focus on ostensibly business-friendly measures including repeal of the Affordable Care Act, overhaul of the tax code and rolling back certain environmental and labor regulations, including the FLSA overtime changes.
