(From Axios) CEOs are increasingly advocating for a full return to the office, though flexibility remains important, according to a KPMG survey. A significant 86% of CEOs plan to reward employees who come into the office with better assignments, raises, or promotions. However, employees are split on whether being in the office helps their career. KPMG Chair and CEO Paul Knopp emphasized that in-person interactions accelerate employee development, especially for younger workers.
