(From Bloomberg) Elon Musk, who relocated to Texas amid the pandemic, is set to launch a STEM-centric primary and secondary school, as per tax filings for his recent charity, The Foundation. Backed by $2.2 billion in Tesla stock, the STEM school targets an inaugural class of 50 students. Once operating, it "intends ultimately to expand its operations to create a university dedicated to education at the highest levels," according to an application. The institution is actively pursuing accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges.
