Employers now have until March 3 to distribute 1095-B and 1095-C forms to employees, an extension from the previous deadline of January 31. The IRS determined that organizations need more time to gather and assess relevant information for these ACA reporting forms. Employers still must submit these forms to the IRS on February 28 by mail and March 31 electronically.
