(from HR DIVE) Company heads and HR professionals are concerned about the same things — recruiting, retention and employee engagement — in this tight labor market. A new survey by Paycor, an online payroll service, says that 47 percent of HR professionals plan to lean more on data, both big and small, to be more strategic in finding and keeping the right people. In other words, technology will be used for good to free up HR professionals so they can use their "knowledge as human capital managers in more strategic ways."
