Some 120 new independent school campuses are expected to open in Dubai over the next 10 years, reflecting especially strong growth among students from India, followed by United Arab Emirates nationals, Pakistan, Egypt and the UK. The largest and most populous city in the UAE, Dubai has developed a reputation as an education hub; besides 185 private schools currently with nearly 275,000 students from 187 nationalities, the city is also home to 1,249 training institutes. By 2027, Dubai's private school enrollment is projected to reach 470,000.
