NBOA Business Office Structure Survey Now Open

(From NBOA) A frequent topic on NBOA Connect is the structure of the independent school business office. NBOA member schools often ask, “How many FTEs are in the business office and what are employees’ responsibilities?” or “Which school operations are outsourced to outside vendors?”

To help answer these questions, NBOA is asking the chief business officer from each school to participate in this 15-minute survey on the structure of your school's business office. Business officers may also assign someone else in the business office to reply on behalf of the school. Thank you for coordinating to avoid duplication of data entry by the same school. This survey will be open until Thursday, May 27. 

Your school’s responses will be kept confidential and will be analyzed along with the responses from other schools with the results reported in aggregate. We will share the results this summer. Please contact NBOA's Director, Research and Data Analysis Elizabeth Dabney with any questions.
