Resilience and Psychological Safety at Work

Psychological safety is a management approach that allows employees to thrive and adapt to stressful situations. To increase the latter, try the following:

  • Encourage colleagues to share their problems
  • Listen rather than talk
  • Share small wins
  • Say "I don't know"
