Survey Reveals Increase in U.S. Worker Productivity

Workers attribute this boost to hybrid arrangements, flexible work options, and compressed schedules. However, longer hours aren’t the sole reason. About 36% of employees credit improved efficiency to emerging technologies like generative AI, which helps them save time on low-impact tasks.
