(from the 74 Million) A popular middle school principal in Louisiana has used viral TikTok videos not only to connect with students and deliver PSAs but also to demonstrate the strong culture of the school, which he says helps recruit teachers. Principal David Schexnaydre says that when teachers have the choice of multiple schools, they choose to work at his school because it's clear the culture is positive.
