Specifics are scarce at this time, but the Trump administration is likely to make significant changes to employment benefits laws impacting nonprofit organizations. Among the biggest: major changes in the Affordable Care Act and expansion of health savings accounts, loosened compensation rules involving nonprofit executives, less-vigorous enforcement of protections for LGBT employees, and reduced IRS guidance, review and audit activity.
