Three Website Priorities To Boost Enrollment

(From EAB) When researching potential schools, high school students are increasingly relying on college websites (as opposed to visits and other means of inquiry), according to a recent EAB survey. As such, it's more important than ever that enrollment leaders identify which aspects of their school's website tell a coherent and compelling story about the school. When assessing how well or how poorly your school’s website might be serving prospective families and students, it’s helpful to consider the three priorities:

  1. Search-engine optimization: Where and how often does your school appear in search results? 
  2. User experience: Is your site easy to use? How is information organized?
  3. Engaging content: Is your school's message clear and conveyed across multiple mediums?
