- Return to office: The push for in-office work persists, despite employees favoring hybrid schedules. Some leaders, like Amazon, are mandating full-time office work, while others risk talent loss by doing so. Hybrid work remains the “new normal.”
- AI & hiring: AI is reshaping jobs and hiring, automating tasks and influencing career paths. By 2025, 70% of companies plan to integrate AI into hiring processes.
- DEI pressures: Organizations face new pressures to scale back DEI programs in response to conservative activism. With the arrival of a new Trump administration, there will likely be additional pressures on DEI programs.
