Workplace Flu Clinics Reinstated

(from SHRM) The practice of hosting workplace flu clinics, a convenient strategy for curbing the spread of influenza, has rebounded to pre-pandemic levels or even higher, according to several providers. Employers say it's more important than ever to keep employees healthy when the hiring market is tight, and employees are also increasingly seeing the clinics as a nice benefit. Employees don't have to worry about taking time off work or scheduling a separate appointment. Many employers schedule flu ad COVID booster clinics separately so that people are less likely to feel poorly following the shots.
