Explore the independent school business model and enhance your understanding of school business operations through instructor-led learning and interactive breakout group discussions with industry peers. Topics covered include financial planning and budgeting, not-for-profit accounting essentials, revenue drivers and expense levers, and the annual business office cycle and related reporting that is needed to ensure compliance from a legal/audit perspective.
