Workshops are an opportunity to deep dive into a specific issue area and will often center around building a tool for your school in a hands-on immersive approach. This 3–4 hour online format will include instruction on and discussion of the topic
and then time for the participant to build or create their own version and plan for implementation, while being able to query instructors and peers.
While we encourage participants to attend as a team, each person must register separately. Workshops are not recorded because live participation is critical to the experience and the policy allows participants to share freely.
Current workshops include:
The Long-Range Financial Model
Hiring in a Challenging Market
Employee Supervision & Management in Independent Schools
Executing an Effective Financial Aid Strategy: Integrating Policies with Practices
