In this workshop, we will learn how to implement HR-related best practices in a way that feels authentic to your school community, with a focus on recruitment, safety and performance management. Using NBOA's “Culture Meets Compliance” publication — an interactive assessment tool — we will highlight elements of an effective human resources self-audit and support you in instituting, identifying and pursuing practices that help you hire and retain mission-aligned employees and comply with all federal regulations.
