Amelia Reed is the HR Manager at Presbyterian School (PS) in Houston, Texas. Now in her fourth year with PS, Reed has more than eight years of HR experience. She started her career with a focus in HR compliance, including from the very start being responsible for the development and implementation of employment documentation standards and compliance. Reed loves to get into the “tedious” details of policies and practices, to learn best practices and to pass the information onto others. She has her SHRM HR professional certification and holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University.
