Jennifer Carroll’s practice is focused on employment litigation, including all types of discrimination, FLSA and unpaid wage claims, FMLA, whistleblower and restrictive covenant claims. She is experienced in all phases of litigation, including trials and appeals, and actively appears before state and federal courts in Florida. Carroll has successfully tried numerous cases and achieved favorable summary judgment rulings on behalf of clients. In addition to her litigation practice, she counsels employers on preventative measures. She conducts management and employee trainings, compliance audits and contract review and drafting. Carroll is a member of the Education Practice Group, where she counsels independent and private educational institutions on employee, student and board matters, in addition to litigating matters on behalf of school clients.
