Karen McCann McClelland is in her 25th year as director of auxiliary programs at Sidwell Friends School, a PK-12 school with 1150 students on two campuses in Bethesda, MD and Washington, DC. In addition to her work at Sidwell, McClelland is a senior advisor with SPARC (Summer Programs and Auxiliary Revenue Collaborative), contributing to the development of professional development programs for members. This includes shaping roundtable discussions, webinars, book clubs, and the annual Leadership Institute. She enjoys presenting workshops at national and regional conferences including NBOA, NAIS, SPARC and American Camp Association.
