Registration fee includes a three-day, in-person Leadership Academy cohort gathering in Nashville* (September), approximately 15 workshops/learning sessions (July through May), one-on-one mentoring and small group collaboration throughout the year, and several Leadership Academy-exclusive components at the 2026 NBOA Annual Meeting (March 1-4), including a pre-conference seminar, reception and speaking opportunity.** See Schedule page for details about the Leadership Academy curriculum.
Nominees will be notified in May 2025 of their acceptance into the 2025-26 Leadership Academy cohort. At that time, accepted candidates will be provided a link and a deadline to complete their program registration.
*Meals and programming in Nashville are included in the Leadership Academy registration fee. Travel and lodging (at a reduced group rate) are at the participant’s expense.
**The pre-conference seminar and reception for Leadership Academy at the NBOA Annual Meeting are included in the Leadership Academy registration fee; however, travel and registration (at a discounted rate) for the full conference are required separately and at the participant’s expense.
